Welcome to the Phi!
Our House, better known as "The Phi", is located at 1830 Hill Street. Built in 1925, The Phi is located in a beautiful neighborhood near The Rock and is in close proximity to three fraternities and a residential neighborhood.
Our house capacity is 56 people. We have every living arrangement possible - singles, doubles, triples, and quads. We also have a wonderful house mom and an amazing cook. The Phi truly is a great place to live!
